Poe’s Gym is a privately owned gym for only adults. An adult is defined as 21 years of age or older. Poe’s Gym ALWAYS reserves the right to prohibit any adult of working out in the facility without reason.
Poe's gym makes all final decisions on member acceptance, not you.
Poe’s Gym has a member limit of 100 members. If the gym is at membership capacity, no adults will be allowed to become members or any persons eligible for the under 21 program until the limit is fewer than 100 members.
No person under the age of 21 may enter the gym or workout without constant supervision and coaching. yes, you will be pay for constant supervision and coaching.
No person under the age of 21 may receive a key to the gym.
If allowed, persons 21 years of age and older may work out without constant supervision or coaching.
Under 21 years of age program:
1. Person is not eligible for a standard membership. We sell no memberships to persons under the age of 21.
2. If allowed, A person under 21 may only utilize the gym a maximum of twice a week with supervision or coaching.
3. Monthly facility fees are included in the coaching and supervision costs.
4. A required Minimum of one visit per week is $65.00 with a Poe’s Gym coach to receive supervision and coaching.
5. if allowed, If the person utilizes the gym twice per week, the cost per supervision and coaching per visit drops to $55.00 per visit.
6. All program designs are an extra charge to be determined by frequency, fitness level, and budget.
7. Only Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays AND ONLY AT CERTAIN TIMES, are available for these persons to be in the gym.
MONDAYS - 3:30PM TO 7:30PM
TUESDAYS - 2PM TO 6:00PM
THURSDAYS - 2:30PM TO 6:30PM
7. Payments are made month to month in advance with no refunds if persons do not utilize supervision OR COACHING days.
8. Poe’s Gym reserves the right to throw you out of the gym at any time without reason.
Supervision Versus Coaching
NO, YOUR PARENTS, your coaches or trainers, or your FRIENDS DO NOT COUNT AS A SUPERVISOR OR A COACH.
***poe's gym does not allow any outside trainers or coaches inside the gym.
Person may want to bring their own workout. Person must pay a Poe’s Gym coach for general supervision.
Person gets actual coaching on exercises from a Poe’s Gym coach. Person must pay a Poe’s Gym coach.
Regardless, a Poe’s Gym coach is getting paid to supervise or coach the person.
