At any given time, available spots, may or may not be available. Do not purchase a membership until accepted to our gym.

If you cannot afford Poe's Gym, save money to put towards a membership by buying a few less drinks at the bar!!

1.  (12) Month Primary Membership - $125.00 a month for 12 months.

2. (6) Month Membership - $145.00 a month for 6 months.

3. (3) Month Membership - $165.00 a month for 3 months.

4. The Nations Membership - Must validate your location and name in the 37209 area. We reward The Nations' loyalty.

> Option 1 - $99.00 a month for a (12) month contract.

5. "The Matt Poe Experience" - Workout With Matt Poe during his personal lifting sessions and learn how to work legs, the art of the Pushpress and shoulder work, and benchpress and tricep work. Plus, experience the staple supplemental movements that have formed the winning edge for Matt over his career. Learn how to work the sand and the hills. $350.00 per workout. All ages welcome to experience and learn from these workouts.

6.  Fortified For 50 Plus Membership For Men (Month To Month)- Full access to the gym for $599.00 each month. Includes 4 workouts each month to "get back in the game" with explosive power and aid in testosterone boosts. Don't let injuries hold you back, we will work with you. Leave with a program designed for you.

7. Fortified For Menopausal Membership (Month To Month)- Full access to the gym per month for $599.00 each month. Includes 4 workouts each month. Learn how to gain and to regain strength and power during menopause and protect yourself from bone density loss and a weak mindset. Learn how to attack! Leave with a program designed for you.

8.  Satellite Membership 

For persons who do not live in Nashville but make frequent stops in Nashville due to work or as result of other travel requirements or necessities.

9. BENCHPRESS SATURDAYS FOR QUALIFIED NON-MEMBERS - $75.00 Per Visit

Guys and Gals bench with whatever style (non-competitive or competitive) you would like to use  every Saturday at 10:30am on a FORZA bench. Coach Poe benches with the group. 

Matt teaches biomechanical principles effective for beginners and advanced lifters that can be used to help improvement of any competition style benchpress, non-competition style benchpress, athletic style benchpress, or any other style benchpress of your preference. 

However, Coach Poe does not always teach principles. We may be working on one principle from the prior week. Call to find out!

The group is a great mixture of all levels of benchpressers. Great for coaches as well to learn proven principles of biomechanics to aid in the solidification of your particular form that you teach your clients.

Matt supplies the knowledge and you decide how you want to use it!

1) Poe’s Gym reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time without cause and/or to protect the health and well-being of the Poe’s Gym membership.

2) Be it known that by signing a membership and completig the PayPal process that we are under the assumption that you have read the contract in full and that by completing this paymeny process that the contract begins at this moment and you will be obligated for (12) months of payment to Poe's Gym. 

In other words, finishing the PayPal payment process begins all of the obligations within the contract.

3) Prices on this page are subject to change at anytime with or without notice. Any price changes will not effect the prices of any existing contract.

4) One you complete the PayPal payment process, your name is autofilled in the contract. There is no need to print the contract and bring to us. We place the contract in records and you may request a copy of your contract at any time.

5) All members at Poe’s Gym will receive a hard key not be shared at any time. Poe’s Gym does not own the warehouse. All members may use the gym at any time. There is a $20.00 fee to replace a lost key if you are a current member. The key is the “property” of the landlord and Poe’s Gym which gives you access to not only Poe’s Gym, but also, gives you access to other businesses in the building. 

If the key is not returned to Poe’s Gym, 1) you will be prosecuted for trespassing if you are found in the gym or on any part of the 6100 Centennial Blvd. property, 2) Poe’s Gym and the landlord reserve the right to serve a warrant based on the stolen property, and 3) there is an immediate $1,000.00 stolen property penalty that Poe’s Gym reserves the right to collect from you in a court of law. Non return of this key is considered petty theft and is Class D felony in the State of Tennessee.
